Spent 2days at Guwahati Metro Hospital for my mom’s neck surgery. Staffs were too good. They behave like we are family. Cleanliness and hygiene were their first priority.. I personally suggest everyone to visit this hospital for any surgery or health issue.. Thank u for the service..
I took appointment for an Urologist. The hospital sent me to 8th floor. The doctor was in the OT. The hospital has made provision to attend OPD patient in the OT. After waiting for 2hours, couldnot meet the doctor. There is no sitting arrangement near the OT and was over crowded. In this covid situation, how can a hospital be so irresponsible.
Why give appointment to patient when the doctor is already pre occupied in an operation.

I have given 5stars for their fraud business
And 0* for their actual service.
Everything is pathetic right frm the Doctors to nurses, to ward boys to security guards everything is zero, their behaviours are all unprofessional and seems like they are all unqualified. They misbehave in everything and not helpful in any ways, but their bills omg, it’s better you do not admit and let the patient die in peace at home than in this hospital.
Please anyone reading this stay aware and make ur friends family aware of this hospital.

The best place for a quality healthcare service at an affordable price. 24 hours emergency with all other specialties under one roof. Easily reachable with ambulance service available. Experienced and dedicated staffs.
New hospital with good staff and better amenities. Only problem I faced with lift and waiting area for attendents were not properly managed.
