Absolutely worst hospital ever , their behaviour is not good and then they dont behave properly with their patient,and they pass their work 2 other people i suggest people dont come here its a worst
One of the worst hospital in Guwahati.
We pay few percentage of our salary for this worst services.
My mother’s left eye was operated in the month of December 2020 by Dr. Danial after one month of the surgery my mother was suffering from severe pain she can’t even open her eye but the doctor was blank with the matter he can’t even find out the reason still today she is suffering for this doctor..
Her right eye was operated in Pragjyotish Nethralaya on the month of June 2021 and her right eye was as normal as before.
Worst place I will never recommend anyone.
Worst experience.
The efforts of the doctors and other staffs are good. But the amount of doctors needs to be increased considering the huge amount of daily patients footfall. Moreover, the infrastructure needs to be upgraded. Otherwise, treatments and Referrals are what to be appreciated for.

Don’t go this hospital staff behavior is very bad they don’t know how to talk with patient. The security guard behavior is very bad

Took my mom and dad there, after standing 3/4 hours doctor came , he dont give any attention to the actual matter, just wrote some test, for ultrasound test we have to wait for 1.5 months ,
We should stop paying money For ESIC

Dr. Tanuja Das is very good and cooperative doctor. She is best medicine doctor. All staff is very good.

very well maintain clean and discipline staffs, now a days huge patient coming to the hospital.. but still all the staff and management very smartly maintain it.
The problem is with medicine department, they try to cheat the patient’s by not giving the costly medicine to patient’s written by Doctor, to sell outside, even upper management know those things but keep silent.
Its easy to communicate .. huge area of parking available.. very good and smart emergency service staff.

The services they have done is very good. All types of medicine are free . The doctors and the stuffs are very excellent and kind too.
Hospitals and first responders are “emergency services.” When emergency services don’t respond on calling over and over again – it is pathetic.
The hospital looks good from the outside but when you will enter you will see how rudely the security personnels behave with the patients and their attendants. Really not professional and pretty dirty place from the inside. When an employee of our organisation went there for treatment, the doctors recommended to go for an x-ray. Her name is Monowara Begum. She did x-ray by 12 30 pm. When she collected the report, she was diagnosed with TB. Then she went to a reputed hospital for cross check where she found that everything was just fine and she has no TB or whatsoever. When she told the matter to the MS, he never responded. As an HR of my organisation when i went there to inform the MS about the issue, we found that her report was switched with another patient of the same name, and the MS was okay about it. Such a shame.
Good hospital..only for insured persons…..went once and found good…
Worst experience , spent 400/- every months waste of money , even for show reports again hv to take appointments. By standing two days in the line I feel sick , and admited Apollo hospitals, it increased my expenses. Again no good dental treatment. Dental drs talking way is just disgusting. They can’t provide all the treatments and even don’t refer to other .
All are ok but registration counter person of OPD not follow the right timing.
