   Had a wonderful and more than satisfactory experience. Had my first baby here and complete 9 months maternity checkups of my wife. Specially the highlight of the hospital Dr. Reeta Bhuyan who is I could say is one of the best. Her response is almost very immediate any time i reached her on call and received excellent guidance.
   Doctor and checkup fees found to be extremely competitive & genuine. Staffs are well behaved. Admission rooms are quite clean and hygiene maintained periodically on daily basis. I Personally had no complaints or having any regrets from this hospital yet.
   So, i also refer this hospital to my contacts in need without any second thought.

   Behaviour of Reeta ma’am is very good. She is very understanding and you will always feel at home. There are lot of negetive reiview regarding Ma’am calling multiple patient at once which is true to some extent, but this has greatly reduced my waiting time to consult and also you will never feel that your privacy is being compromised. If there is something very private then ma’am will consult you in private as it happened in my case. The behavior of staff is good. Sometimes reports may take few hours to day if there are lots of patients which depends on whether you are visiting the hospital on weekdays or weekends. Looking at the quality and services of the hospital the cost of treatment is value for money.

   One of the best hospital in Guwahati. Best hospital for maternity and kids. Newly constructed and properly is maintained and clean. Location is also perfect and only 100 meters away from the main road. Food is awesome and very cheap. The canteen area is aslo clean and maintained. The staff is good and well behaved and doctors are also nice. The final verdict is choose this hospital over Pratiksha anyhow, Doctors are same at both the places but staff, service and maintenance is far better from Pratiksha hospital.

   Excellent service from Reeta Bhuyan Madam. However, the waiting time for consultation is unusually high for pregnant women who already finds it very difficult to keep waiting for such huge time intervals, sometimes taking as long as 2-3 hours. As a suggestion, it would be very helpful for pregnant women if the waiting time is reduced for not more than 30mins upon arrival. It is very much achievable with proper planning of the visits by the patients and alloting time intervals properly and meaningfully. Huge waiting time cost the 1 star.

   Gynac was very good. But the staff were so unprofessional. They sat and were directing the patients to close the door. Ultrasound doc didn’t reach the hospital even at 1 p.m. is this a joke ?? I wouldn’t even give 1 star also.

   Though the prices are on little upper side but it’s a worth hospital to stay specially for Gynecologist. Salute to the spirit of Dr Rita Bhuyan. Hardly you will find any Dr in town who reply to every call and text messages. May God bless her.

   Ambience is nice!

   Dr. Rita Bhuyan is a professional you can count on.

   She is quite a busy person as she sees a lots of patients everyday!

   Staffs are nice. They treat you well. Respect is a two lane, remember!
