The most pathetic hospital you will ever find. Please do not visit them untill and unless you are left with no other options left in any way. And even if you visit them do not go for their manipulative trap talks. All they want is to keep patients as long as they can and charge them as much as possible. Be very prompt and clear with your words and tell them no matter how many complications you show, I am not letting the patient stay here. Go to a place you trust. We did a huge mistake by admitting my mother here. They won’t let her go and in the end we had to forcefully take her out and shift her to a trusted hospital. They won’t even give you full information so that you will always be dependent on them. Save yourself, your valuable time and your money. Please don’t go there!
My father was sick, and we took him to Wintrobe hospital and trust me right from the management, nurses and the doctors, all of them were so helpful and we were assured that Papa will be fine. We went with so much anxiety on our mind, but came back with relief. We were not made to wait even in this corona time, and all the processes were done in a hygienic surrounding and you get your reports without any hassle. The hospital is well maintained with good facilities for IPD and OPD. They also have a ICU ward. The staff from the reception are really professional and good in answering to our requirements. The nursing staff are really polite and have good behavior towards us. The staff from the pharmacy have also had good behavior towards us and very cooperative. I have been visiting this hospital for physiotherapy treatment for my grandmother and she is really happy with the results. Thank to Mam, Rup Rekha Das for her physiotherapy treatment due to which my grandmother is feeling better and experiencing good results. Overall I was really happy visiting this hospital for my grandmother. It is also located at the heart of Guwahati city so it’s also easy for me to commute to this location.

I admitted my father in Wintrobe Hospital after he met with an accident on 1st July 2021. Stayed there for 4 days. I offer my sincere gratitude to Dr. Jubaraj Kalita, ENT & owner Dr. Kaushik Barua, Critical Care, for their warm support and care. The young and spirited team did make a difference. Overall Nursing was amicable & satisfactory, rooms were neat and clean. Improvements can be done in the fooding department / canteen. But nevertheless it was a pleasing experience.
This is a private hospital thus, expensive. Quality is average.
Dr. Sangeeta does not treat the patient well…she manage everything even hospital management ..nobody complain against her ….she has no humanity they only need money
