There is a worldwide demand for nurses much more in the Arab countries, Europe and USA. Lucrative salary is offered with perks and prestige. So, we should encourage our girls to take up this profession. We are sincerely thankful to the Govt. of Assam, its health ministry, Guwahati Medical College authority, M. M. C. Hospital authority and the Assam Nursing Council and the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi for their kind and meaningful approval of NEPNI School of Nursing, Guwabati run by the North East Paramedical and Nursing Institute, Guwahati.

In the year of 2009-2010, Nursing School under NEPNI Trust is in full-swing. Near about 30 nos. of students got admission against 40 Nos. of intake as per INC norms for the year 2010-2011. Today, large nos. of aspiring students are taking up Nursing as their future career NEPNI School of Nursing aiming for academic excellence in the terms of students in the near future NEPNI Trust has projected to upgrade NEPNI School of Nursing by opening ANM & B.Sc. (Nursing) degree courses in the existing school of Nursing.
