Situated a Basistha this hospital is run by the armed forces and is very neat and we’ll maintained . There is proper security checking at gate and since it is away from the city crowd so there is very low traffic sound and patients can stay at peace.
Behaviors of some Medical officers are very bad, ill-treated to ex-servicemen.
It is an army base hospital. This hospital is not good for patient care. The behavior of the nurse and doctors is not so good. The availability of doctors is also not satisfying. There is no endoscopy center, for which they’ll refer you to a private hospital. There is a cafeteria just next to the emergency ward.
The guard person who is in the main gate on 24 June 2019. Time is around 10:55 pm. Talks to me with very very bad words and in very rude ways. When I go to deliver the food which the order is given by there compounder. I really don’t understand what’s wrong with him. I even don’t ask him any questions or make any argument. I am really feeling unhappy with this behavior. It makes me feel disappointed & uncomfortable. And this makes me realise why are they have been heated by some normal people, it’s just because of the person who’s behavior are like this.
151 base hospital is an army hospital. only army personnel, their dependent & ex-serviceman are authorized for treatment. all facilities all specialized doctors are available. For ex-serviceman a special OPD block in the same complex.
HOSPITAL QUALITY IS EXCELLANT. BUT WHY PRIORITY IS BEING GIVEN TO ARMY OFFICERS’ COMMUNITY ?. THEY COME FOR SELF OR DEPENDANT TREATMENTS AND JUST ENTER DOCTOR,S ROOM WITHOUT BOTHERING JAWAN OR THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS INCLUDING SENIOR CITIZENS WAITING FOR THEIR TURN FOR LONG TIME. THIS PRACTICE NEED TO CHANGED. SICKNESS DO NOT SEE THEIR DESIGNATION. I REQUEST APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

Staff Interaction and Professionalism … ART center staff are very professional and helpful I will recommend especially two name he is Jadhav B A. he is motivated always in that place where I lost all kinds of hope he motivated us and said we can achieve our goals just we need to a Guidance like Jadhav sir, he is doing his work in very proper way, he is very time punctual person, coming to the art center exact 8 o clock and available till 5 pm, talking very respectfully with each patient and with their family and a very special thanks to COL Rajesh Sharma who is the best doctor ever I have seen, he is trying his best for his patients.
