Overview
Dr. Sanjay Kishor, the renowned diabetologist of Assam, did MBBS Degree from P.M.C.H, Patna and 3 years post graduate training in diabetology from the prestigious MV Hospital for Diabetes, Royapuram, Chennai and awaded MDRC Degree. He worked as a chief consultant diabetologist in MV Diabetes Clinic, Guwahati.
During his tenure, he treated thousands of patients of North East and he was very popular amng the patients. His vision to improve quality of diabetes care in north-east by his protocol made him to start his own diabetes centre in December 2010, by the name MADRAS DIABETES CLINIC. In short span of 3 years he has seen more than ten thousand patients including Type 1DM, Type 2DM, Type 2DM in Young.
He is very interested in academic and research activities. He was part of many mega trials like Improve study, Diabesity Study, HAT Study, Obstacle Hypoglycemia Study eyc. And he is in expert panel of new molecule DAPAGLIFLOZIN (SGLT2 inhibitor) for DIABETES. He has attended many national and international conferences as a delegate and speaker. He has published papers in the field of diabetes and written chapters on diabetes course for IGNOU
