Too be honest not worth. For a single stay you can choose but for more than a day please dont. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Staffs are not mannered.. I don’t think paying for such is worth.
I would have given them a negative rating had it been there. We booked the room 3 days prior to our check in and have also informed them that we have a baby of 10months. They alloted us a room where AC vent was broken. The bedsheet was spotted with someone’s blood and also the pillow covers were too dirty. The rooms were not sanitized. It was unhygienic. Staff were untrained. No room service available. And above all the reception guy was disgusting. He was arguing with us and has asked us not to visit the place ever. Such illiterate people are hired by the hotel. Worst experience we ever had.
Rooms are not well maintained. AC vent was broken, TV was not working. Room service was good though. The Receptionist was rude and very unprofessional.

It was okay. But food was good and served on time. All the attendants were good, helpful and modest.
If you are paying more than Rs. 300 then this motel should be treated as pricy. This hotel had registered in my top 3 worst hotel list.
Booked by Make my trip, booking was awesome after visiting hotel rooms realise there is no hygenic Ambience also Food quality is average and Intercom Receiver are hardly connect from room to Counter.
Breakfast is disgusting.
Location of Hotel is awesome but few things are not satisfactory.
Very good hotel. Staff were all amicable. I went there to attend a wedding ceremony. There arrangements were superb. I also got to know the prices, they offered to the groom was unmatchable in the entire west Guwahati. So anyone living in west Guwahati area can surely book this hotel’s banquet hotel and utilizes the catering services at economical prices without compromising any quality.
The hotel is situated at a strategic place. Easy to locate from the road. Adequate parking facilities is available. The reception staff were kind and helpful. It has good seating arrangements for eating. Complimentary breakfast is good. The room are well lit and clean. Overall a very good experience.
This is the worst hotel I hv ever visited. Its actually a jail not a hotel. If u ask for water, they wll say”ill provide u after sometime,I’m busy “and u will get it after 5-6hours. Meantime if ask for water again they ll say I have other work also we r not here only for you (with attitude) . The manager and receptionist think they r God there n guests r thr servernt. They carry very high attitude. Ac doesn’t work, flash of toilet is bad, very tiny toilet. They hv all the aminities but half of them don’t function. If u wanna be tourchered, then it’s the best place to visit. Thank you…
Fully Bakwas service, rooms are so hygienic, even the bedsheets are not good.. they are might be using the same bedsheets since last 3/4 years..
Worst ever stay of my life. I m a frequent traveler and have had experience of many hotels throughout the country. I was with my mother this time traveling from Meghalaya back to Chhattisgarh in Jan 2020. This hotel was right on the highway so I decided to halt for a night in this hotel as exiting the city early morning would be easier from this location. Rooms were stinky and the bathroom had a dampening smell. Since I was too tired after a long drive so I quietly went to bed. Early morning I called the reception to send someone to pickup my luggage. No one attended the call. I myself went to the reception which was empty. I waited there for 10 minutes and after that I saw owner of the hotel coming back after morning walk. Neither did he have the courtesy to say sorry nor did he try to make my checkout smooth. It took another half an hour for him to find a staff boy to go and bring my luggage. There was a feedback diary at the reception which was filled with negative reviews. So to sum it up a pathetic hotel with a extremely rude owner. At the price they charge one can get many much more better hotels in Guwahati. Don’t fall for the hotels outside looks. Its a terrible place. Not at all recommended.
Decent hotel. The rooms were spacious enough. The bathroom could have been better. It’s just opposite to the Guwahati trade center which is convenient. Booking from oyo is cheaper than booking directly at the hotel. It’s also by the side of highway.
Didnt get any service one would expect at a 3* property.they handed me room keys on arrival to drag my luggage n self to search for room. Got a bed bug infested room, and whn i complained we got shifted to a mosquito infested room. There was no one at supervisor level who ever came to address me even after asking a few times.
Complimentary dinner quality and items was pathetic, irctc does better.
If you order food and drinks, need to pay cash as soon as it arrives and there’s no tab system to settle at checkout.
No bills are given, although prices charged are Rs 20-30 higher than menu, must be taxes and such. And then if you are expecting change in return that also is calculated incorrectly.
I wouldn’t mention the good things as the negatives far outweigh them.
Obviously i wont be returning their for my next Guwahati trip, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone either.
It is 3 star hotel well maintained and good reception man name Kartik so polite and helpful, we stay here for 3 days in a premium room which cost 4k and kartik have given us that at 2.6k per days.

We have very good experience, breakfast was very good which was provided complimentary free.
Miss barnismita venue manager gives wel introduced and show the banquet hall which is so beautiful and capacity of PAX seem looks good as per my expectations. And last but not list hotel location and infrastructure smell of lemon Fragrance makes me more good and positive. Thank you barismita once again.
Spacy and hygienic rooms..Try to take rooms have direct windows. Many of rooms don’t have direct window outside..restaurant is on ground floor good and hygienic. But when you place order its taking time…Those who are any expo or event at Maniram dewan trade center it is the right option. Hotel is just opposite to this..personal I was comfortable in all sense….
I have been provided a wrong bed type room and not the room that I actually booked. when asked to change it, the receptionist said that they are having a group in-house, hence they don’t have any king bed available. I contacted Oyo customer care to get solution, but even if they assured to me, the issue was not resolved. They were even unable to get in touch with the hotel authority for the same. The stay was really not worth it. Interestingly, I was given a room #210, but when I received a mail from Oyo, it says #301 over there. I do not know who to blame, but it was a nice way to cheat the customers. I am myself being a hotelier, felt shame about it. I would advise other customer to verify for the bed type before check in. And please don’t trust them in their verbal assurance.
It is nice hotel and easily accessible from airport or railway station Guwahati. Ambience is nice and ya they do take a lot of time for check in though. It has in house bar and gym and food is also nice. Complimentory breakfast is also nice , buffet having many items. Room is well maintained and cleaning is proper ,not cosy..but enough spacious.
Not so great. The rooms are not well lit. There seems to be some reluctance for the house keeping to provide the rooms with everyday mineral water bottles. Its as it they want you to forget about it so they don’t have to provide it.
