Army Public School,Basistha

Set amidst the lush green environment of the Astachal Hills, Army Public School Basistha is situated on the Dispur Basistha Road, near 151 Base Hospital.The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi with Old Affiliation No.-230022 & New Affiliation No 280006. .Inculcating a feeling of oneness and discipline among the future torch-bearers of the nation thereby ensuring the nation’s unity is our strong belief here at Army Public School Basistha. Towards this end our contribution is very predominantly visible via the diverse activities, which we have formulated in our educational system keeping in mind the rich cultural heritage of our motherland. Our efforts here are focussed towards providing a holistic development of the child from the Primary to the Higher Secondary Level.

• Each classroom from class I to XII is well equipped with a SMART BOARD and TECHNOLOGY AIDED LEARNING.
  Software from Extra Marks is customised to all the classes. Teacher Resource Center supplements the syllabi with PPTs relevant to the lessons under study in the class room environemnt.

• A well equipped Library with a wide range of Reference Books and interesting fiction and factual reading material for different age groups.
  E-granthalaya is being effectively used.
