ICON COMMERCE COLLEGE is a Co-educational Institution to impart Commerce Education in Three years Degree Course of Gauhati University Syllabus which is managed by a trust. The Institution is situated in Chanmari-Rajgarh area, as well served by a network of roadways connecting different parts of Gauhati City.

It is not a mere addition to the existing number of institutions imparting courses in degree level in Commerce stream but an institution with a difference aiming at imparting quality Commerce Education by young qualified and experienced resource persons. This institution is commited to promote degree-level commerce education in Assam which is yet to develop in a desired way and to the desired extent. Icon Commerce College is a Gauhati University affiliated co- educational degree college of commerce for B.Com. and B.B.A. Since its inception in 2004, the college has been imparting degree level commerce education as per Gauhati university syllabus. Twelfth pass out students of AHSEC, CBSE and other recognized Boards are eligible for admission and students can offer major subjects in accountancy, management, and finance.

Power point presentation programme in classrooms has been introduced which supplements conventional class room teachings. This college is one of the approved examination centres for B.Com and BBA of Gauhati University.
