Universal Fitness Training Academy(UFTA) is the only Fitness Academy in the entire North-eastern region established in the year 2006, which is also the pioneer of Certified Fitness Trainers this part of India. Already more than 400 hundred trainers have been certified & trained from the institute.
Recently Universal Gym has been affiliated by the “Indian Association of Health & Fitness” (IAHF), Jalandhar, Punjab and we are also recognized by the National Youth Sports Health & Safety Institute ( NYSHSI ) as the “BEST PRACTICES PARTNER”, U.S.A. which is dedicated for being the recognized leader and advocate for advancing and disseminating the latest research and evidence-based, education recommendations and policy to enhance the experience, development, health & safety of our youth in sports.
